Insurance/Self Pay Options
Dr. Price is in-network with most Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna plans. Our office files your claims directly with them. We will verify your benefits, as many patients will have a co-payment, co-insurance or deductible.
We also welcome out-of-network patients! You will pay for the treatment at the time of the visit and will be given a claim form and fee slip to submit to your insurance carrier.
